Summary of Position

We’re looking for a finance enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping payments on track. If you’re great at managing timely payments, enjoy collaborating with different teams, and have experience with tools like Concur and corporate credit cards, this role could be perfect for you!

Essential Functions

  • Ensure Timely Payments: Process payments accurately and resolve any issues quickly—whether it’s suppliers or internal teams.
  • Manage Company Cards: Act as the go-to person for HSBC credit card support, communicating with partners and helping cardholders with any inquiries.
  • Concur Administration: Maintain and update employee profiles, manage approval flows, and be the point of contact for any Concur-related queries.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Treasury and other teams to ensure banking and payment details are always up-to-date.
  • Maintain Accurate AP Ledgers: Keep records precise, especially during month-end closings, and support audit processes with confidence.
  • Project Support: Be a key player in our AP team’s projects, including system upgrades and testing.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Experience with JDE E1
