Summary of Position

Are you skilled at turning data into actionable insights? We're hiring a Business Analyst to drive our integrated business planning (IBP) and supply chain projects. In this role, you’ll automate processes, enhance reporting, and transform our data landscape, contributing to a strong data governance strategy. 

What You'll Do:

  • Optimize Reporting: Ensure seamless updates and accuracy for weekly and monthly reports, managing data migration and synchronization.
  • Data Expertise: Become our go-to expert for internal data, overseeing master and meta data, conducting data quality checks, and defining data use cases.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Work with teams across the company to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Collaborate & Document: Partner with IT, finance, commercial, and supply chain teams to build user-friendly documentation and reports.
  • Project Support: Support key data and BI projects, act as the Power BI architect for our supply chain, and develop custom reports for internal stakeholders. 

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, with a background in master data and data warehouses.
  • Strong Excel and Power Query skills; experience with BI tools like Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. 
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, data warehouses, and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Agility & Independence: Flexibility and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
