Summary of Position
We are seeking a Junior Theranostics Operations Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the continuity, efficiency, and optimization of magistral production processes across the organization’s domestic centers affiliated with Theranostics Operations.
This role requires a technically competent and solution-oriented professional who can manage production planning, equipment lifecycle processes, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives. The position will actively contribute to equipment improvement projects, spare part and consumable management, and continuous development activities while maintaining close coordination with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the Theranostics Operations Team Leader.
Essential Functions
• To ensure continuity of production by carrying out magistral productions at the organization’s domestic centers affiliated with Theranostics Operations.
• To perform production planning for the centers under responsibility, track the materials required for production, and request and procure supplies in line with needs.
• To monitor and ensure the timely execution of planned maintenance, validation, and calibration of production and analytical laboratory equipment used for production and quality control purposes.
• To manage equipment operating costs at a minimum level while maximizing production efficiency.
• To manage improvement and development activities related to company equipment and devices within the scope of responsibility.
• To prepare spare parts and consumables lists for relevant equipment, and to ensure that spare part procurement and stock levels are managed to meet current operational needs.
• To conduct alternative sourcing and solution research in order to reduce costs.
• To report information and results related to the processes carried out to the Theranostics Manager in a timely manner.
• To take an active role in operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related disciplines (preferred).
• Proficient in English.
• Residing on the European side of Istanbul.
• Actively able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (SAP knowledge is preferred).
• Able to adapt to flexible and fast-paced working conditions.
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
