Summary of Position
In the role of Treasury Specialist/Senior Specialist, the successful candidate is responsible for the efficient execution of cash management, payment processes, and financial forecasting processes for subsidiaries. This role includes performing month-end closing procedures for TRM (Treasury Management), monitoring term deposit and loan transactions, managing financial data through the Diapason system, and analyzing the operational cash flow of subsidiaries. Additionally, they are expected to manage payment processes for Romania, Bulgaria, and Germany, conduct forecast-actual analysis, prepare monthly cash outflow reports, and provide support for audit processes. Furthermore, coordination of financial processes with Curium, account reconciliations, and management of related system processes are also among the responsibilities of this position.
Essential Functions
- Execution of TRM month-end closing processes (time deposit accruals, valuation, and loan-related processes)
- Management and monitoring of the 15-month rolling forecast process for subsidiaries, including tracking of Diapason system entries (For Bulgaria, Romania, MENA, Egypt, Gulf),plus supporting Turkey side forecast process
- Cash Management for subsidiaries (cash pooling and information flow with Curium)
- Management of all payment processes for Romania, Bulgaria and Germany
- Monitoring and analysis of forecast versus actual performance for subsidiaries
- Preparation and analysis of operating cash flow for subsidiaries
- Execution of Diapason reconciliation processes for subsidiaries
- Providing support during audit processes for subsidiaries
- Preparation of monthly cash-out reports for subsidiaries
- Management of Paperzero processes (user creation and deletion, scenario setup)
- Control and reconciliation of subsidiaries’ account 102 balances
- Accrual of income for time deposits (Account 181)
- Recording of interest invoices issued to Curium and received from Curium
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.
