SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are looking for an International Commercial Effectiveness & Launch Excellence Manager to drive commercial readiness, launch execution, and sales force effectiveness across Curium’s International Therapy and Diagnostic portfolios. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Excellence, this role combines market intelligence, performance analytics and launch governance to turn data into clear recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Translate market dynamics, competitor, and performance data into actionable insights for Marketing, Sales, General Managers and Leadership.
- Build and maintain commercial dashboards and KPIs covering market share, sales performance, brand performance and launch progress.
- Conduct market sizing, segmentation, targeting and opportunity assessments to support strategic planning and resource deployment.
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Performance Governance
- Design and optimize territory, targeting and sales force sizing models across affiliate and distributor markets.
- Develop and monitor field force KPIs and incentive compensation plans in coordination with local teams and Finance.
- Advise General Managers on commercial performance, field structure and execution priorities using data-driven recommendations.
- Launch Excellence & Process Optimization
- Establish and track launch-readiness frameworks, milestones and dashboards for international product rollouts.
- Monitor pre- and post-launch execution metrics, ensuring alignment with global commercial strategies.
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance and local teams to align launch execution, forecasting and annual business planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience(s)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales force effectiveness, commercial analytics, market intelligence or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Background working across international affiliate and/or distributor markets.
Required skills / hard skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced Excel proficiency, experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SFE principles, KPI design, segmentation, and CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce).
Preferred skills / Soft skills
- Autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving international matrix environment.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Product launch experience is preferred.
