The International Market Access department has been recently created as part of the company’s strategic ambition to strengthen pricing and access capabilities at international level. This setup offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the construction of the function, shape ways of working, and play a visible role in defining standards, tools, and governance from the ground up. SUMMARY OF POSITION
The International Pricing Senior Associate supports the definition and execution of global pricing and market access strategies for a portfolio of medicines, mainly diagnostic and expanding to therapy in the coming years, across international markets.
This role plays a key part in driving change, implementing new pricing tools and governance frameworks, and supporting the organization in adopting more structured, data-driven pricing and access practices.
The position requires strong leadership, influence, and the ability to translate strategy into operational reality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing Governance & Ways of Working
• Drive international pricing governance, including decision rights, escalation, and standards.
• Lead deployment of new pricing tools and frameworks across regions.
• Support change management initiatives and process improvement workshops.
Leadership & Business Partnering
• Partner with senior and regional leadership to convert analyses into clear executive-level decisions and actions.
• Act as a visible point of contact for affiliates on pricing governance and ways of working.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Market Access Support & Coordination
• Provide strategic guidance to local market access teams on pricing and reimbursement topics.
• Ensure consistency of access positioning across countries while integrating field feedback.
• Support key pricing and reimbursement submissions in line with global strategy.
International Reference Pricing & Modeling
• Oversee international reference pricing models and key assumptions.
• Use pricing simulations to inform executive decision-making.
• Provide IRP insights into pricing governance and strategic discussions.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience(s)
• Master's degree in health economics or Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced training or exposure to healthcare pricing and market access is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, market access, consulting, or related strategic roles within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics.
Required skills / hard skills
• Solid understanding of international pricing and reimbursement mechanisms.
• Exposure to change management, transformation initiatives, or tool deployment.
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment; fluent English required..
Preferred skills / Soft skills
• Strong analytical and structured mindset, able to translate insights into action.
• Demonstrated influence and leadership in a matrix organization.
