Our network provides optimal coverage across the world in the interest of healthcare professionals and their patients, with nearly 2,100 experienced employees and a network of 3 large manufacturing sites (Petten, Saclay and Gebze), 47 PET dedicated sites and 27 radiopharmacies.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Our team is looking for an International Brand Manager to support the development and launch of its radioligand therapy (RLT) portfolio in prostate cancer.

 

This is a unique opportunity to shape an international marketing strategy from the ground up and contribute to Curium’s first product launch in this fast-evolving therapy area. Reporting to the International Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping and driving launch preparation readiness across our international markets, in close collaboration with our cross-functional teams Medical Affairs, Market Access, Pricing, Regulatory, Commercial and local teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.International Brand Strategy

  • Drive and define the positioning and value proposition for Curium’s RLT portfolio in prostate cancer.
  • Translate clinical trial data, market insights and competitive intelligence into clear, scientifically robust marketing strategies and value propositions.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand strategy across international markets while adapting it to local market needs.

 

2.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate the international cross-functional launch team.
  • Partner with local marketing teams and country leadership to support market preparation, launch planning and implementation.
  • Align the brand strategy with access, pricing and reimbursement requirements across markets.

3.Marketing Execution and Development

  • Design and deliver launch plans, campaigns, marketing toolkits, congress materials and resources for local affiliates and distribution partners.
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence on the RLT landscape (key trials, competitor launches, guideline developments).
  • Support customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives in coordination with Medical Affairs, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience(s)

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, ideally working with oncology and/or specialty/rare disease brands.
  • Proven experience managing and/or launching a product within an international environment.

 

Required skills / hard skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical data into clear marketing strategies and materials.
  • Strong project management, analytical and strategic planning skills.
