Summary of Position

This role will provide financial administrative and procurement support to the Global IT team.

Fixed-term contract for one year with possibility of extension (Maternity cover). 
 

 

Essential Functions

  • PO (Purchase Order) management – initiating PO Requisition, PO/invoices tracking
  • IT spend tracking, maintaining IT procurement tools
  • Contributing to end-to-end procurement process adoption across the EU & US
  • Contract management – gathering and maintaining contracts for IT services suppliers, ensuring contract compliance
  • Ensuring the transition of contracts from various legal entities
  • Communication with EU IT leads to monitor in country spend/activities
  • Liaising with in-country IT teams to support the provision of IT service requests
  • Supplier liaison for invoicing issues
  • Supporting accurate cost recharging
  • Provision of ad-hoc administrative support

Requirements

  • Previous experience with procurement / similar area (>1 year)
  • Understanding of source-to-pay / procure-to-pay process
  • Understanding of IT functions
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Good financial acumen
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English,
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal IT teams
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Microsoft Office skills, including ‘Advanced’ Excel


Nice to have Experience/Skills:

  • Specific experience with strategic IT procurement / running RFx
  • Previous experience with supplier management and contract management is advantageous
  • Experience working in a corporate/international environment
  • Understanding the specifics of working with Telecoms / 3rd party service providers is advantageous
  • Experience/knowledge of project management principles
  • Command of the French language
  • PowerBI knowledge
